We all know that the vast majority of VI runners make their own tethers and have different preferences. That said, Stunt Puppy created a special running tether for our community.
Are you new to running and looking for resources on how to trin to prepare for an event or race? We’ve put together helpful training plans for building up to running a 5k event, as well as a 10k event. Each training plan takes about 2 months to complete. If you are brand new to running, we strongly recommend starting with the 5k training plan before jumping into the 10k training plan.
Looking for helpful tips on how to communicate and reach out to other members? Or how to safely guide a visually impaired walker or runner? Check out our resource pages and find additional information such as VI race classifications and gear to keep you visible to others.
